How long before bottled marinade spoils?
I have a opened bottle of Paul Newman lemon pepper chicken marinade…its probably been a year just sitting in the fridge…not sure if this stuff spoils or not..
Check the bottle for an expiration date. If it has none and was tightly sealed, it should be OK. Usually if something spoils it affects the taste or odor of the product. Give it a sniff and a little taste. If it seems a little “off” to you, toss it. “When in doubt-throw it out”.
